Be Part of the Solution

At the Mental Health Kidney Foundation, we know mental health should’ve been part of the prescription from the beginning. We’re changing the standard of care by making mental and emotional support a core part of kidney treatment.

Here’s how we do it:
-Accessible, kidney-informed mental health services
-Support groups, workshops, and education
-Volunteer opportunities and advocacy efforts

From diagnosis to dialysis to transplant and beyond, depression, anxiety, medical trauma, or loneliness don’t show up in lab results, but they shape every part of a patient’s journey. We're here to make sure those experiences aren’t ignored. They're seen, heard, and cared for. We’re building a future where mental and emotional support is a standard part of kidney care.

No matter who you are - a patient, caregiver, clinician, or advocate, there’s a place for you in this movement.
