Christina Harrison, LCSW (they/she) is a licensed clinical social worker who brings both professional expertise and lived experience to their work in mental health. Christina draws from a strong foundation in community mental health, training, and facilitation to create spaces grounded in compassion, authenticity, and connection. She specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an approach that helps individuals cultivate courage, compassion, and meaningful action, even in the face of pain and uncertainty. Christina has also received extensive training and supervision in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE), and is a certified Trainer Consultant in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
