I pull from a variety evidence-based techniques and strategies that include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These interventions have been shown to help with a variety of mental health challenges. Using my clinical judgment and depending on your unique needs, I utilize interventions that you will benefit from as part of your treatment plan.
